Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote and protect the publics’ health through scientific
discovery and information dissemination. The mission will be accomplished using
advanced technologies from the development of new foods, improved nutrition and
food safety, and the adoption of health-promoting behaviors to prevent illness
and reduce health costs.
